Minanoie, Pearce Press and Photobook Melbourne are proud to present the official book launch of Jackson Eaton’s celebrated work Better Half, a bizarre love story told in two parts over six years across two continents. The intimate project sits precariously between autobiography and performance, exploring the psychological terrain of a father and son’s mirrored love stories.

Better Half debuted in Primavera 2013 at the MCA in Sydney and has been exhibited at QCP in Brisbane and the Art Gallery of Western Australia in Perth. This launch event marks the first showing of the work in Melbourne and a chance to obtain a signed copy of the limited edition publication.
